Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free plan

Our Free plan lets you try the core of Growditt — subreddit picker, post generator, and roadmap — at no cost and with no credit card. We recommend starting there before you upgrade.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your Pro or Premium subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

• 7-day refund window: if you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment on a plan and we'll issue a full refund.
• Renewals: recurring renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged by mistake or forgot to cancel, contact us — we're reasonable.
• Annual (Premium) plans: covered by the same 7-day window from the date of the annual charge.

How to request a refund

Email support@growditt.com from your account email with your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
